It sometimes happened for me in the past on chars I haven't played for some time.
My solution was to abandon as much quests as possible in the 15 secs. After 5 or 6 tries it seems I abandoned the correct old or broken quest.

yes seems to ONLY shutdown when Iam in Altdorf and after 15sec every single time

I can book out and all but as soon as I stay longer then 15s in Altdorf with ANY character game shuts down

Maybe shaggy means to delete your temp folder.
