Yes i know, but the OP wrote that it might buggy and is overwritten by the class mechanic, which seems not to be the case. The tactic seems to simply not work atm because there is no entry in .getstats or it is implemented to be calculated directly when damage is done (unlikely but possible) as with strength vs parry chance from weaponskill.
Needs to be tested with real damage numbers to be 100% sure.

I remember that it worked in .getstats a few months ago and also caused the "suspiciously high crit modifier" message in chat (probably a debug message to see if anyone has more than 50% increased crit damage); i told Aza and he probably changed something because the message was gone short after.

I just tested it, tactic seems to be fine:
Non-crit in berserk (ability can only be used in berserk): 631 damage Crit with "fierce might" in berserk: 631 damage + roughly 140% crit damage (about 50% from normal crit, as crit modifier varies a bit + 90% from tactic, slayer was @ 420 HP = 90%) = about 1500 damage

If I am correctly this tactic supposed to work in every mode(normal furious berserk but not 100% sure
