It is a serious question, Wargrimnir, because it is a serious thing for me. Justice and free speech are very important values for me and i feel i have to fight for it. Im not gonna do any trashtalk about your gm here, cause i dont want to fuel the situation, i still have hope, that you can clear your mind and judge fairly.
It feels so bad to be not able to talk to you from same position as its pretty sure speaking out directly will result in more bans. Communication is not working well under this circumstances.
But communication is the only thing to solve the issue. The hostile part should speak truely about the reasons. Mostly its hurted feelings, thats causes trouble like that.
Still, in general, this ban is not about goldselling, accountselling or anything rules-related any more. You know it.
Get rid of all emotions about this case, be a neutral judge, get a second person for russian community you can trust and who is not devoted to one of the sides to put this person in this VK page for moderation. Maybe thats acceptable for everyone?

Only feels good untill the adrenaline is gone, fist will hurt and the issue still be there. Even more it will be fueled, this person will go out and beat another one.
