Wouldn't Furious Reprisal be meh if your target is knocked down for 3 of the 5 seconds, or do you use it frequently in small scale even if the target is immune?
Thoughts on Punishing Knock?
Holy necro... Furious reprisal can be good in scenario, 6v6, smallscale. Being that the KD effect gives 30s immunity but the ability is on 10s CD. Would I run it often ? Probably not, as it doesn'T fit my playstyle even SnB.
Punishing knock is the single best ability IB has. Masking it with 2 other debuffs, or straight on for dok can let you wipe groups in scen, win vs stupid odds in RvR, crush dps healers in duel. Not using it is never an option in my mind, unless you play in mega bomb WB where everything is an AoE nuke slideshow and you can't even single target anything anyway. But that never occurs NA time.

Since its close to Halloween and this thread has already risen from the dead -- is the % mitigation from shield mastery and seasoned veteran calculated before or after dps mitigation from armor/toughness/etc.?

In the combat formula I have, it is applied before toughness, armor and resist. Just as damage modifiers are applied before stats contribution.
Happy post-Halloween
