Could be graphics drivers related. Try downloading the latest graphics drivers for your GPU and when you install it, select "clean install".

is it right ? It must be like on screen, or there is som problem? Is black background ok?

Black background is not OK. Usually indicates the game texture files are incomplete/corrupt. You said you already downloaded it again and it didn't fix it. Perhaps doing it again might work, I dunno. Do you use WiFi?

Once you click on accept, it should connect and log in to the game lobby.
