Where did Destro Go?

Not intending to be a cry, but I can see how it can be interpreted as one. It is just an observation that i have and would like feedback. That's why I asked about timezones, Because in AEST it's been 100%+ AAO for at least 4 weeks, most of the bag drops are from zone defence. The zone locks we do attack we are bashing on an empty Order keeps (it will only be 1 zone usually) and there is only 20 of us.

Often AEST evening=Eu morning time and yes order side is quite good in the morning,in general there aren't so many destro.Indeed I prefer play in the morning and less in the evening, because in Eu evening time there are more players in destro side (always in genaral,so often but not always)

A lot depends on what time zone you are playing in, as well as what cycle we are in of the zerg.

Most of the time whenever I would log on a year ago on US prime time Dest normally had superior numbers.

However on the weekends it was fairly close, which made for great fights in the lakes.

Then there were the Zerg cycles where regardless of time etc. Dest would be zerging every day for two or three weeks straight, locking zones nonstop.

Then in assume people would switch over to their Order toons, and then Order would zerg , locking zones for about a week, then itd go back to Dest.

I came back 2 months ago after 11 months break from War. The first 3 weeks it was Dest locking nonstop, every night after work, NA prime time, and even on the weekends.

The only time Order locked a zone was silly late hours of the night when no one was on, and we'd RVDOOR a keep.

Now it seems we are on the Order cycle atm, it should shift back soon to Dest, if it follows the same as before.

I'm sorry Amidala but how are there more destro than order in the EU evenings? I don't remember the last time order had aao in EU primetime tbh, and not that I mind it. Also, I don't even know when was the last time we locked a pairing (I think last time I saw Reikland was like more than a month ago, similar with KV and Eataine). Yea you can say yasterday/today they had aao, but that's when they logged out after we pushed the zone back with 60/80 aao. Order zerg was insane in the morning today, 400 aao through all zones.

I also don't want to sound like a whiner, and I'm not whining. As I said, our guild loves a challenge and yesterday was pretty amazing.

And Yardy to answer your question, many of the destro guilds moved to order, organized wb guilds and premades, cuz they were bored from stomping order all the time, but now it kinda has the same effect again.

yes there are a lot of new toons in order sides.This is because in the 1 month after new gears relase destro stomped us all days.and this is true Fusion II got all loser gold/purple bags in the first weeks.Now on armory there are a lot of destro toons full conque/dominator so yes I am quite sure that now they are playing order side.But this is the game.I remember the same with annhi/merce relase.First moment destro zerg then order zerg.Move in the cycle!

exactly what i thought bunch of hardcore players farmed everything on destro side first when the conq patch came out they got bored and reroll order maybe have to wait til they farm everything for everyone on order side now lol

I think the 4 small 6 mans that do their switcharoos don't have that much influence as people would expect. That is except for late night RvR/American prime time. For the rest of the time there is a simple explanation: Ever since Nikky's group got all their stuff on destro and now play Order there is pretty much 0 organized Russian presence on Destro (Order were dominating before that though anyway) while there's countless Russian guilds on Order. Hence Order dominate in Russian afternoon and evening and then it slowly swings back to even or Destro favoured as Phalanx and other primetime Destro log on. However even actual European primetime is now more even due to people like INQ, CNTK and Octobre Rogue.

At the end this ''6man group system'' works just for people that wanna rush rr in Sc like a lot of NA destro players.In general in NA time order players pref RVR,indeed as I said in another post ''if u wanna have easy rr go in NA destro time and rush SC'' izi rr.Or in RvR around 5am-9am Eu time for me,when on the server there are few players,so a good 6man group can easy win bags
Phalanx have shown that players can win gold bags out of this ''6man elite group'' and i am really happy for this,I like the guild wb/alliance wb system and srl lead 23 players it's really different to lead 5 guys.
I am really sad for order side,after new gears release there weren't enough players to create coordinate wbs,so we left fusionII/D&d & friends won all losers bags.Now they are playing one day in destro side,another day in order side,another day they are on other games cuz they are just tired of RoR ,but who cares
