IB is one of the best balanced tanks classes in my opinion. I do not think anything needs to be changed with IB because changing them would risk making them over-powered.
If there was one thing I would like to see it would only be that IB and BG Grudge/Hate mechanic worked the same so that IB generates Grudges when hitting and being hit like BG does without having to fill a tactic slot.

sorry but this is absolutly bullshit. -2k HP maybee more when healers have around 6k ?

Id like to see an abillity (for both BG and IB) that look like this.
(insert name here) 120 sec CD
An demoralizing shout that deals x damage to all players in a cone 65 feet in front of you and drains x% of their total morale gained were x is the amount of Grudges/Hate you have.

Make gromril plating a group absorb morale again.

Aoe would be like 1.4 and st ye 2k. Is rng btw you don' t have the certitude on the opening that it will hapen and you loose a bo or a chosen for a bg.
Also all order tactic stack .
Life pool in future will be 8-10k btw
A wounds debuff wont kill you it only make less the time to kill; if your life float around 50-60% the wounds debuff is like not existent

So enraged beatings and wounds debuff? That is going to make IB extremely overpowered. Why?
Apply armor debuff
Grudging blow DoT,
Heavy blow DoT
Cave in DoT
Enraged beating
Then toss the wounds debuff right on top of that as a 2h IB you could essentially kill nearly anything excluding tanks.

I agree IB is a very balanced tank class that as a defensive support tank in party/warband works well increasing survivability and controlling enemy.

I think this is a good idea, at present in ORVR when Phalanx send a pug wb to engage Bitterstone Thunderers warband, then once Phalanx has morale they come over and press morale bomb and we all die. Sometimes, just sometimes, we get to do or see the same.
As a defensive element of the BT warband with morale 2/3 at this point, we IB's can counter most things but not this, we have no abilities to counter this, the best i can do is knockdown a enemy tank if i'm not already dead by the time i reach one, you feel a little helpless.
You could argue we get to the point to press raze first, but it would be nice to have both offensive and defensive sides to a fight, Dwarfs are meant to be the defensive race right?
With Gromril Plating as a group absorb against Raze this gives IB's (defensive element) a chance to help their warband stand against 1 morale bomb. Have a chance to survive and have an engaging longer (longer than 72 secs) fight where we can choose many abilities and utilise positioning and coordination via voice comms in the fight, rather than who can press Raze first.
My thoughts, which are slightly bias on this topic i will admit

I ran a dwarve 12 man for years and done warbands of dwarves. You used to have offensive and defensive options for morale's. Incorrect morale gain rates cause hideous balance issue's but players forget so they don't know what they are missing. I remember thou.
Dwarves used to have 2 defensive morale cycle's and the Best morale bombs in the game. But no way to pump morale. Defensive morale's were early morale's, 30 sec mountain spirit m2, staggered armored plating m2, group gromril plating m3. Morale bombs are later m4 stuff and they are nasty coming from dwarves.
The morale 4's coming from dwarves are suppose to symbolize the static combat resolution from the tabletop.
