Bear in mind most Windows 10 machines will try and auto-correct the time/date. You may need to disable the Windows Time service, otherwise with a working internet connection your PC will resync to the correct date.
Right-click on Start button -> admin command prompt -> net stop "Windows Time"
From the same command prompt you can then just type "date" to change the date.

This fix also worked for me. But a more permanent fix would be appreciated, as having the wrong date for an extended duration on your desktop is not optimal - so hoping it's coming soon!

We were planning to keep this up until April 1st 2018, a super Aprils fools you could say.

This problem happen again : when i clic on connect nothing happen (connect buttun do not turn grey)
Any solution ?

Hi, change the date on you computer as the 19/04/2017. It works for me.
(Sorry for my english, i'm french)

Restarting the launcher a few times did it for me, try it out.
