game server is up just login server is down as i am running about online justa fyi for that twitter thread cuase it only has game and site.

Yup. It means the login server can't be accessed so it is basically down -- aka you can't login. If you're logged in, you clearly don't need to check status

We're not testing anything unless we announce it. Just more DDOS stuff hitting us. It happens all the time, some days better, some days worse. When it's worse, it affects server performance, when it's bad, it can take down the login server or website.
Just the joys of hosting pretty much anything mildly interesting on the internet.
