He means tome unlocks iirc. Basically click on anything and everything around to see if it gives xp.

OP, be aware at the scenario bracket for t2 and 3 has been merged with aggressive bolstering of characters, you may find this a shock compared to live.

Currently it's viable as ORDER as I just level a SM thou t2/t3 had a win rate of about 90%. ATM I currently also leveling a BG in the same tier have a win rate of about 10%. Th amount of badness that is destro in those tiers boggles mind. Speaking strictly from what I seen on my order tank includes a lot of wrong specs for the tier, no detaunts, etc, etc, I often just take the 10 min plenty and go back to grinding mobs.
