I have a feeling that going for Bo defences and kills on BOs counts most, getting defticks, ramming doors, doing dmg on Keep Lord, taking dmg, doing heals, doing DBS, capping BOs...

I don't know the formula, but if you just do a lot of RVR, and do it from beginning to end and more often others, you are pretty much in the top 10 contributors.
