Maybe try to ping server from cmd and see your latency could be helpful ?

Update:I tried changing my password and although the game didn't crash and now lets me chose the server,when I do so,after connecting it says login timed out.What do I do for this?

Damnation!..It happened again!..I have the same problem now..The game won't show the server and it will crash with the critical error announcement..

All I can suggest, is to make sure your directx is up to date, graphics drivers updated successfully, latest visual c++ and .net framework all up to date. All can be updated via windows update.
If these are all updated and correct, and it's still crashing. Something is wrong with your computer.

As far as I know,everything seems to be up to date..Really sad to know that I can't play:/
