Sometimes a simple video card driver update fixes things. A thought.

Everytime i tried to install card driver update it says i have the latest one and in directx they say i have latest one :\ when trying to update as i said i realy have no clue what can cause this problem in game

If you read the instalation guide it quite clearly states you need Direct X 9.0c not the lastest version. please read the guide and try again.

Thank you for the tip, but installing directx from below than 10 is impossible for Windows Vista end newer. DirectX 9 does come with the latest DirectX installer, and reinstalling with the offline version of DX9.0c installer, it does install some files but still did not fix it with me. If you could try seba60, here is the link I used; Just check it goes with the windows 8.
