Heh... a station wagon wherein you are constantly informed that you are not the favorite kid and that she doesn't even really like you and it is all really your fault.

Sometimes she reaches back over the seat to smack you but more often she has one of the bigger kids, that she does like, do it. And while they are holding you down and trying to get you to say you are a booger-head in front of the sniggering cousins, Mom just turns up the radio.

Got a problem? Prove it. That's not proof. Don't make me reach back there again.

Yap, i am ready. I would like some destro bias with 250% uptime on Big Swing with tactic and some 150% healing reduction and drain on tainted claw with tactic with a side of...err...oh man, i have run out of op abilites we have, better make that destro bias super duper extra hyper enlarged double extra large...also add a bucket filled with midget tears that works just like THAT F@%^$#* KEG...and a small can of diet coke.

ye it is basically a must to spec---> which is the definition of broken as it's basically the heaver and passive coutner to a 40% snare.... Basically removing more than 50% snare value + both help defensivly and offensivly so if you have and your enemey dont you have an unfair passive advantage in every situation
The time i log 1 of my toon which i didn't in long time the first thing i do is renown reset , then spec QE first before respec the rest. You can't go wrong with it:

-self refresh
-passive
-coutner50%+ of snare
-no internal cd like odjira
-no snare mean 25% passive charge
-cost 10 renown point
