well pets :D iam still cry about pathing sh/wl pets on walls punting pulling siege weapon destroying.... what is mayb bug exploiting but looks like as long as it cant be fixed its okay that pets are used like that :( so rly the speed in water well that rly doesent matter ;D

Another related question. What is the range that a WL can command the pet to attack? Is it unlimited? As far as I can tell its more than 100ft since I get lions barreling at me from very far distances. I suppose I don't mind the early telegraph sometimes so I can run away since the pet alone will solo my SH pretty quickly.

Id say that speed training is largely irrelevant now for anything other than pulling people off the walls at keep. The pet has more than enough speed to make it useful for most play situations so there's very little need to run that tactic.

As far as I'm aware a pets control range is very large. As far as you can see in game at least.
