Theres no conspiracy. When you solo queue alot you get used to the same players and do adjust your play to complement each other. You know who pushes who will or will not focus over extending dps whos specced for the debuffs you benefit from what cc the spec and can predict when they are about to use them.

You dont have to exclude norden as it has 2 different queues, one for pug and one for premade
