@ Azarael: Thanks for the info about cool down reset but I assume it is less effort to queue for sc at a different place because logging off and in after every sc is annoying, when the book is on cool down.

it work that way for me i continue press and i use it again duno...

It was bugged for me after patch. when you log out you still are on the bottem of the city, why is it a problem to have the book cooldown in case you get stuck on teh bottom. there are no more champs down there to kill you anymore. if you do they argo and you cant hit them or they hit you. I recall seeing a level 100+ down there at one point. i didnt know a suggestion to bypass the issue of having to relog when you can just use the book when you are bound in teh IC. the IC always had a bind point in it so i dont see the issue here why so many people are upset. if i can aviod relogging and still being stuck donw there then whats the issue.
