The PUG SC implementation has been great as of late for people who are unable to put together groups.

I've ended up in the pug SC with 4+ in my group more than once. It hasn't happened often, maybe three times. I asked about it and someone said that two of the same sc run concurrently, one for pugs and one for groups. I don't know if this is true but if it is, you may have pugged yourself into the group version or our group may have been bugged.

Another thing to consider is that if you are seeing the same people in the scenarios over and over a common issue is that you que up at the same time and the match making que puts you in again together. Can happen all the time, especially if are only 2 scenarios going at once.
Its tough at times, what time zone are you in, I play across 2 time zones (NA and oceanic) and might be able to put you in touch with some people i know who operate at those hours.

Maybe its the right place to ask. I am a new player and would like to know if there´s a way to stop XP gain to stay in T1 RvR ?

There is a debolster function implemented. Search the forum for it.
You can stay and play in tier 1 but still gain xp and renown. But you are set on a lvlnof gear and spend renown to be part of T1 action.
