The duration on "stack" isnt that the duration of the dot?

Duration is the time when the DoT should be refreshed. Setting it to 2 would reapply the DoT when the current one has ticked down to 2s. Its useful if you're trying to keep 3 stacks of a DoT up and need to refresh it before the debuff wears off.

it will make it so shadowsting reapplies when its 2s left on the DoT(ability will que and come up next)
