hmmm rly cool with postern doors i rly think that was needet u can do nice things now and infinity front door fight are done now . thumb up

Could you explain the reason behind the postern door change? Seems like the intent is to reduce the ability to defend except by falling back to the Lord.

Like those. Less funnelling hopefully, although it makes it more difficult for the outnumbered realm at that moment in time. But I'm all up for breaking zergs and funneling.

For the outer, there is still only 3 entry points, and the defender has the shortest distance to move to get between them. Keeps are definitely still defend-able (beyond the lord), it'll just require more coordination between WBs/Groups.

Seems like a nice change and can't wait to see how it plays out, but it doesn't seem like it will be in-play much due to the fact that the keep has to be rank 0.

Or you could actually start defending the keep while the door is being attacked by runnung RC's to heal the door. instead of waiting till the door is down

Changes bring more strategical options into Keep fights. At least on paper a good change indeed. Whether it is actually a step forward into a more exciting and healthy ORVR is depending on the reactions of us the players.
Personally I am a bit afraid that faction hopping might be even a bigger problem as before because it is easier to take keeps for the dominating faction.
Time will tell ....

After getting wiped over and over again at BO I have to admit that I sometimes enjoyed the funnel. Felt a bit like bittersweet revenge
