I want to see Collision Detection enabled before Tier 2 keeps.
It will be really dumb with the enemy running through other enemies

Collision detection requires vast amounts of resources for calculation. If you think the server is laggy now, just wait when this is implemented 
Essentially the code needs to be better optimised before any of it is relevant for practical use

oh yea play with out is a pain when you have to follow rdps than run away

gladly played already at t2 but first need to work and fix T1 (balance class items, skillpoint, BO, Q, Wb and many more)

I still really hope tier 2 is placed in the corner to collect dust till tier 1, classes, gear, guilds, trophies, trading, melee range damage (taking damage on your enemy wilst they are running) etc, is fully optimized, as well with chests and the loot roll for bags.

best option is to have every pc id check for every account, mean 1pc = 1 account + ip check to avoit double pc or double account or ip change, also you could set a program in launcher to work as anti cheater and anti double account or something like that, but there must be a cross check 1 from server and 1 from pc itself.
Warhammer cheat programs are outdated, and being no more a p2p game mean cheat will have no more support so 3rd parts programs to avoid these kind of restriction will have hard life with this kind of cross controlls

Tesq, as aforesaid, IP bans don't work. It needs to be something more stringent than that.

I dont think that much about Tier 2 yet, it will be awesome yes! But there are more important things to be fixed.
RvR in Tier 1
Talisman, Potion Etc. Making.
Party/wb bug fix for ORvR/Scs.
Complete Guild fix. Kick, Invite, Promote etc.
Complete chat fix.
IMO thoose are most important atm.

i think that ip block would help in minor % but could be usefull, the best as i said it's 1pc ID = 1 account
