water and copious amounts of strong coffee, guinness for special occasions (read: every other week)

Coffee in the morning. Water throughout the day.
Good coffee too, not some name-brand get-it-everywhere junk. No Starbucks.
Craft beers at a local brewery (there are several in Detroit) a couple times a month.

As soon as I wake up: 100% milk mixed with Nescafe classic and jakobs milka powder - Creamy, strong and chocolate at the time
I drink a lot of cold extra bubbly mineral water during the day and sometimes I swallow a guarana (Serbian energy drink) or just drink another coffee. I mix it up with Pepsi or Cola from time to time and occasional Amstel/Staropramen beer (or Hoegaarden when I wanna drink something more cloudy)
