Ok I tell you truth. I am too bad and nobody don't want me in his premade so it's stay only pug scenarios for me.

Cheer up, I pug exclusively as well (and RP while doing so) 
My advice for ya is: set an enemy marker on your healer, stay in range (LOS counts!) and defend them when they are attacked. You'd be surprised at the amount of healz you get

I don't care if I play against premades or pugs - there's always more than one way out of WC and trying to play to the best of one's abilities may (and often can) change the outcome.
