In the 5/9/2016 changelog (viewtopic.php?f=42&t=16710#p183299) you have this line: "- Removed the talismans slots of all jewel items."
That being said, the Greenskin T1 influence reward seems to have slipped through unchanged. Along with a few others people have mentioned.
