When the time has come for it! A lot of work has to be done before this step can be taken.

As far as i remember, enemies always see your real sets/items, you can change appearance for allies and yourself only.

Although , some models for the 75rr kit do exist in game .

I remember when the game was live, playing on my Order toon and seeing someone dressed in that gear and just KNOWING you were going to die badly.
