Yeah, I believe once the new Launcher is ready we can be more precise about what is actually going to be changed.

I remember reading something about resource carriers being reintroduced...
reduced cost of siege weapons would be nice...rarely see anyone using them now.
reducing the cost of mastery points too.

Oh man, i just laughed so hard at people on that article mentioning that LoTD will be released in 2 weeks.
