1. 11, you get chickened at 12 if you cannot debolster. I.E. spent Renown Points past 9, a mastery point and gear above rank 9.

2. The higher level player keeps all of his abilities that are not from the mastery tree in T1. So that means group heals and stuff like that. The advantage still goes to the level 11 with full talismans, a mastery point spent and no cap on his renown points spent. The rank 40 can only have level 9 gear with no talismans, no mastery points spent at all and only 9 renown points invested (which can translate to +2 ranks in stat and +2% crit chance).

Meaning you have only your lvl 1-11 abilities. Not the Abilitie your char gets at lvl 28 for example.

so a in game available list needs to be put in here? and the short texts needs to be underlined for the "important" stuff? maybe one should make a you tube video

I will never understand those rules for T1. If you debolster you get owned by lvl 10-11 easily. Due to having much more mainstats (Talismans) More Renown Points + better Weapons.

We've adjusted the levels allowed within the RvR lakes at each tier. The following are the new values:

Tier 1: Level 1 -15

Tier 2: Level 12-26

Tier 3: Level 22-39

Tier 4: Level 40

These values will govern the application of the 'coward's reward' buff that will chicken players if they are too high for a given lake. Bolsters have been adjusted to reflect these new values.Scenarios brackets have also been adjusted to these new levels. Tier 1 scenarios will be from 1-15, Tier 2 will from 16-26, Tier 3 will be from 27-39, and Tier 4 will be for 40.

Level cap for T1 is 11.

Yes, they lose the ability to use abilities, morales and tactics above level 11.

SH pets doesn't debolster. So LVL 15 SH pet can just solo you, sit back and enjoy.

Just a small fyi: I'm working on an debolster addon and it's soon done for release.

2.technically you are a t1 char then.
3.I am pretty sure not every r10 or r11 char is better equipped...but it is actually a balancing thing...would be a bit stupid if debolstering would make you a perfect twink dominating lower tiers.
Not every r10/r11 char is better equipped anyways.
