Depends if you have devastator or not. Some of my 40 toons are still in 4 piece dev and do alright in t4. Then again they are 40 so have all their abilities and tactics, and even then I can feel the disadvantage against someone with full gear.

In your case, if you do have dev, you are actually at an advantage over my toons, due to bolster, so I wouldnt worry, and just pvp for now. If not, well, its up to you, you will be at a disadvantage, but then again the sooner you pvp the sooner you will start earning crests, so if you have the patience for dying more often than usual your time is better spent 100% in pvp.

I am in fell devastator gear. Have my t3 epic weapons and rocking +17 str tali in my gear. Someone lvl 40s can hold my own but other can def tell whos in annihilator gear. Still only 33 hope when get my t4 skills and rest of my build will get better. What I miss is in t3 could bolster and drop a squishy or get couple other WH and gank in the lakes but in t4 with the number of people seems less likely to happen
