Dreadful Fear's server-side value was correct. Only the client buff was wrong.

the only thing i know it's on official they partialy solved this spread the zerg over more objective and doing some change on which way data were handle.. ( i could tell a stupidity).... like having each type of data get take in account by a different process or something like that, dont know more.

Great to see quests getting some love. I know the overwhelming majority of people are just looking at RvR content and, rightfully so as that's what will attract more players, but I personally loved WARs quests. Greenskins especially.

See that you have changed the looks of the WL BQ helm.. looks very nice .
