Eastern NA has about 400-500 players. The main problem is their distribution, i.e. there is often as many players in T1 and in T4. So you get something like :

T1 =150
T2=50
T3=50
T4=150

NA T4 is dead because people prefer to play lower tier atm, not because there is a lack of population.

Now,when the server was running smooth server even was at limits (1400 aboutish) in EU prime time. American players are about 1/3 of that...and that includes any guy of other timezones on over time or night shift.
