Which it's why it may be subject to change based on actual argument and discussion surrounding its implementation. So, what are your actual arguments to prove the 'thin balance' between Conq to Sov?
In conc inv mix you can easily compete with sov. That was the balance. In conc you get no oneshoot from (40rr)wh or lion like in ani now. Never got a 1.5 and 2k ticks from 40rr hat on live and here we go hat killed you while stun you can't even get up shure nothing messed up with chars hitting like a trucks(like they got sov and you just came from t1) in ani gear.

Not where I saw my post going, but thanks for the info. Now I'm curious about the current time line, since we skipped a few steps since the rr is up to 80 now. Yea it'll take a while to get there, but some people are are itching rr 60~ and still in Anni gear.

Sure they implement this some day but you have to grind and grind hard for it, cause grind it's meta of ROR not FUN.

Could you post some concrete evidence of the "nerfs" an argument is nothing without validity.
Who cares if the RR does not match the gear state currently?,It is better to do a slow release of gear for balance adjustments not to mention the gear being tied to forts is still a WIP as forts are not finished yet

Preferably posting said evidence in a different post. I didn't ask for my thread to be hijacked, thanks. Just was curious about the state of armors. I'd just figure conq would be a good timing imo to release soon, since people can start wearing it now. If all the armor sets are released in a bundle, you will have few in invaders/warlords/etc facing masses in anni.
I know the devs got their plans and we're not always privvy to them right away, and that's their prerogative, it's their server. Which is fine, I just don't feel the urge to rvr much when I'm in pretty solid gear for the current equipment available. But on retail, that next set is what always was a driving factor.

Shadow sting for 14 mastery point surely not a nerf, and fest arrow bypassing only 50% instead 100% definitely not nerf.
