I use the Nvidia Shadowplay to capture the screen. Works really well! And for the file I first use VSDC and then .mp4 file format.

Not yet, but I will try shadowplay... Maybe I will Upload a short Test Video where I'm flying around nice places in the war world. I used Fraps so far and movie maker but I want to step up my video editing Skillz with after Effects and Sony Vegas now.

U should absolutely give it a try. Lots of nice features I think. I have not added some music yet, will try to do that when I get more material when servers are back.

I used fraps before, but I think shadowplay is better in combination with the other NVIDIA tools that come with it.

Jsut shout if u have any question about the programs. Maybe I can help out

I made a little testshot in 1440p downscaled to 1080p/60 fps and the raw output does look amazing! :O
It looks much better than fraps and drops my fps only by 4.

I made another test shot in 4k this time. But sadly, the highest resolution I can chose is FULL HD :O

What we need (for dummies like me), is a basic vid-making/editing guide. Might get into it at some point, although will prob have to wait till I get a better comp, unless lag-fest vids ever come into vogue.
