maybe 8 times or so, with the BW abilities hitting in the same timestamp, + some procs like BW/WP procs + maybe epic weapon proc. 16 sounds like a quick outing of frustration.

Ability+FoR+FP+FoR

casting an insta cast after a casted ability or channel can cause damage to hit at the same time (so 8 instances of damage possible) than like stated above a travel time? Not sure on this but that would be 12 hits + any dots.

I forget if things like BB proc FoR/FP if so then ya def can hit 16 times with enough RNG.

Well 16 abilitys or even procs sounds kinda high so if he gets a proove of that we can take a closer look what actually happend and decide if it is possible but without any screen there is no way to tell what happend.

Not sure all the Abbv's there, but Weapon Procs as well.

Flames of Ruin and Prayer of Righteousness, FP stands for funnel power which is considered a seperate hit that can proc anything.

Just tried BB/SB and they don't proc anything it seems.

So you could have SB/BB/Ignite tick/Detonate tick and then a tick of withering heat channel into a nova the same time the withering heat ticks and have.... 16 possible hits within a second :^)

As long as the OP doesn't care about delivering any evidence, this topic lines up in an impressive history of posts created with lots of assertions, but no evidence/explanation.
Makes no sense to discuss anything that high likely never happened.

@ the combat log discussion: combat logs without timestamps are useless for almost everything; even with timestamps they are not 100% clear (network lag, rounding)
