Hi!!

I have anxiety... So it's difficult to talk to people. I get really hesitant about posting/saying anything anywhere because I worry what people will say about me.

I also have intrusive thoughts. so when people say mean things to me I get really angry. and w/o thinking I say stupid mean stuff back. I don't mean to though. that's kind of when the anxiety hits hard too.

Tip: when it happens face-to-face and in public try just staring at them and saying nothing and their rudeness will attract everyones attention and they will, naturally, stare at them and not say anything, so long as you don't look away from the person giving you crap at any point the effect, if done right, of many people staring at them and saying nothing can be TERRIFYING.

Think about it, think about how it would seem and look like to the offender.

That's something that would definitely make me uncomfortable. I'll definitely have to do that if someone is mean to me if I don't get agitated
