It's not a graphical bug. I can't choose anything for the points. no bonuses or anything.

Target yourself and do .getstats
Click respecialize @ renown trainer
Do .getstats again to confirm you've cleared any points you might have spent
Buy a renown skill
Do .getstats to confirm it's working

Same here since i played ror. Thought ist normal and everybody knows it. Its just visual.

Also, since so few people are aware, You can respec RR/mastery with AnywhereTrainer Addon. To get it to actually respec, you need to be standing next too and hightlight a FlightMaster(Any flight master, in any zone), then open the Addon, and the Respec button will work.
But yes. display bug on RR. Once you respec you need to CLOSE the renown window, reopen it and then you can normally spend your points. I had it bugged out on me once where nothing worked until I gained another RR. Then it worked perfectly.
Also, with the new RR change, it looks like the OP might be too low of level to spend any RR.
