i think pve can wait , there are so many bugs and things that are reportet 4-6 month ago and still not better that it Looks there are other probs than implement new stuff . ist good like it is atm

Well, with the thinness of RvR during the times when I play, it may come to just accepting being horribly geared for my level due to renown limitations, or waiting for dungeons to get something decent.

It wouldnt thin it out that much, plus they have lockout timers. If anything they could just extend the timers to keep people staying in zerging orvr lol.

The server code is not original war,but an emulator and made form scratch. May be have alook on how NPC AI and pve works...atm it is ,lets say, very basic.
Any dungeon or pve game with attitude would need far,far better AI.
Best possible is what you see in the Skaven event or any lair boss. A hero,maybe champions who definetly not work together,dont react much to taunts...so tank and spank on basic level.
Or you can see the PQs as an indicator...if pqs actually owrk,we can hope for soemthing.

so no lost vale, tomb of the vulture lord, sigmars crypts, gunbad, bastion stairs, :( those were so fun playing them a certain way to kill the boss, survive, etc... whole reason why i came back..
