Dirty tricks increases chance to critically heal by inc crit chance as such i would say that it should indeed dec crit heal chance

Try n Hurt me is better at this though

If you pulled out .STAT from your character, you'd see something like this :

CRIT_RATE:
HEAL_CRIT:
MELEE_CRIT:
MAGIC_CRIT:

CRIT_RATE influence all the other ones. And it is the one influenced by abilities such as Crush the Weak, Knee capper and Dirty tricks.

So to answer the question, yes Crush the Weak will debuff every kind of crit : melee, heal and magic as it is directly applied to the global CRIT_RATE.

What do you mean mezzing there is no mezz in this game. The BG has a unique and defined roll in a group. Regardless of what people say it can make a healers life a nightmare. That being said its still a one trick pony that doesn't equate to either the KOTBS or the IB. One was released when BG was the other is its spiritual mirror. But the IB is better. I say this with complete disregard for current "PRO" 6v6 . You can be the tankiest of tanks as a BG. Why my guild cleared Lost Vale so easily. In RVR we do need a little work.

It starts with elemental dmg. If BG cannot be IB brasher and controller then they need SM elemental dmg to ignore armor on some lol. The single target buff friendly mechanic is a joke. It's not unique enough or good enough to make it viable.

I'd put this in balance forums but it's against the rules.

Edit: plz don't bring up the garbage armor debuff the BG has unless it's ability accounted (which it didn't) for standard armor pots.
