what the OP is showing is not frame rate issue, nor is it the same as that Chopping FPS that we gets in large scale RvR (you know, the one where it goes away if you /reloadui every now and then?)

I would highly recommend running a speed test that shows your packet Loss and Jitter, and preferably pinging to a server near the games server (I do not know this location).

This also reminds me of an issue that we used to have on DAOC and other MMO's in the old days, but I think it was primarily a Win 2k/XP issue. Something to do with setting the Network adapter to Full Duplex or something to this extent.

i get 2-5 second freezes (sometimes i even need to kill the client) when i get buffs from runepriest. this is a new issue btw.

no it's not, RP/zealot freeze-when-getting-buff has been around forever...

hey man, I had this when was live, had a nice pc shoulda ran it fine. T4 sometimes was a slideshow I tweaked my gfx i did all tips and tricks, but it was ok it was playable most of the time.

This new problem i see you have I am expereincing also, but i also think its due to my connection. Im on a static wifi that likes to do whatever whenever. What you show in the video is what I expereince from this lag, so maybe it could just be your connection and not your pc.

never had it since a week ago or something. i will actually check my addons if any of those cause it i will write here.

I tried a french VPN. Last night it didn't seem to help much. Today, however, I have had a better experience. I usually have more apparent issues with T3 and haven't tried it since the present Keep issues have made it fairly desolate. T1 tests have been positive this morning. Wireless, but the router is here in my studio.

If possible, try wired and see if that improves.

wireless ist not good for gaming. try to plug a cable in.

well it doesn't mean much, but even from the US, my brother and son play just fine wirelessly via Laptop. They get no slow downs out side of the stutter that is inherent with the emulator
