Run Da Toughest! as your War bellow that combined with You Got 'Nuffin tactic heals you nice amount.
Challenge / M2: Raze for pulling mobs
Then just keep Can't Hit Me up until mobs are dead and move so that all mobs are in frontal arc of you.
Gear wise you want all Block % what you can get from items. Same goes with your renown get Block rest Parry. More tankier you are longer you live so focus on Armor,toughness and wounds.
I have noticed that good finisher is Changing Da Plan! -> Big Slash (AE knockdown) -> M2: Raze
