Joining a guild does not solve the problem. Guild warbands are rarely on compared to pugs.
The best solution is to start a warband, lock it/hide it from public, and spam t3 channel for people. When they join, explain the 3 simple rules; 1- Follow the Leader, 2- Stay together, 3- Do not AFK unless you inform the leader WHY you are going afk.
Break a rule and you get kicked.

Copy and paste this complaint to w/e side is zerging the majority of the time.
It's a paradigm that's been empirically proven time and time again.

Yesterday evening (NA Prime), order, I asked in general chat why order always takes BFP BOs and then goes to take Badlands and then the keep? I explained doing so makes the BFP BO timers the first to expire and thus the first for Destro to attack and reclaim as well as being practically impossible to reclaim once flagged. Best responses I go were Order is lazy and hive mind mentality.
Move forward to attacking the Destro keep in Badlands. 1-2 at the most groups of Destro would egg Order to postern by hitting the backlines and then fleeing to postern. While order frontline shifted to chase the diversion, Destro would push out of the keep outer door and decimate the order backline which had at that point become the frontline because what should have been the order frontline was busy humping the postern door. Order squishes died and then what was left of the order army scattered and died.
After spamming don't chase to postern they are diverting our attention and various other things related to the tactics Destro was employing, I realized the group of Order I was playing with was either illiterate or suffering from some severe mental disadvantage.
Regardless the attack persisted after being wiped multiple times and then the fabled BFP timers expired and Destro capped them. Shockingly, as if by some form of witchcraft, Order did not have the time to back track to BFP and reclaim the BOs.
Who could have foresaw that occurrence? And yes I did try to form a WB but no one wanted in unless it was the main Zerg WB.
Once one BO fell in BFP something truly awe inspiring occurred. It went from Destro having 60% AAO to order having 160% AAO and then the Destro Zerg train occurred. (This isn't a shot at xrealming just laying out what played out. I personally don't care if u do or do not xrealm just have fun playing)
I want to applaud (no sarcasm) Destro for their tactical prowess. It was very nicely done and there is no salt on that statement. Very well executed maneuvers.
However, I am firm believer most of the Order I have had the misfortune of playing with are borderline special needs.
Any chance we can force Order to players to take a course on how to read, reading comprehension, formal logic, and reasoning skills?

Oh the point of this post is to support OPs claim that T3 order be dumb

Maybe my experiences were unique to everyone else's... I've seen some great Order action with keep defenses this weekend.
I think the OP can be applied to whatever side is getting its butt kicked, as mentioned before.

Its not stupidity or lack of organisation. There just seems to be more of a certain type of group running on des. Tending to be more fotm with the amount of doks. You regularly see 4 in scs and a more meta class make up generally. It was the same on live. dok was always the most played and very few magus. Order had plenty of engines and ams. I think those on order are here more to just have fun and dont want to be forced into a certain playstyle just because of balance.
