Tank&Healer PvP problem and some PvE

There could be many reasons of that, but that was bug. I already try so many thinks and even I was not on list ( remeber there is 25 people before roll and after roll ). Befor roll you can check , if you made a lot thinks... you should be there .. But on my tank I never was there even when my person who I guard received a lot of damage etc ..

Thants why this is BIG problem for NO DPS

Mate after taking 100 keeps I won 2 bags only believe me its %100 random
