Return of Reckoning

I've been trying to supplement my gear by doing PQs for Chapter gear but I've been finding out that A LOT of the PQs are bugged to no ends. If a PQ ends with a Hero they only take 1 dmg per attack no matter what lvl you are vs them and they still hit like trucks to us though. Some PQs where you have to interact with objects are bugged and you can't interact with them. I was farming some on my WP earlier and our group found one that was not bugged and we just did it like 4 times in a row. But the metals gear is better than the Chapters gear by a long shot though. I just wish it were easier to obtain metals and emblems in T1.

On topic, one thing I did notice is that just taking BO's doesn't flip the T1 zones. Regardless of people in the lakes or not.
Is this configured to have VPs to be able to flip? PQs, Scens, kills etc...?

You need BO caps, scenario wins and player kills to lock T1.

Edit: just asked Nalgol, there's a pool of player kills (100) and sc wins (10). If one side has 50 kills and 5 wins and has the BOs, the zone locks.

Pick up medalion quest, go to t1 Nordland, respec so you match for debolster. Farm lowbies until you Have all your medalions. Should be able to finish it within a couple days.
And hurry up before everyone starts doin this and lowbies starts complaining about twinks again

It is super easy. You get more of them than you need before you can even wear the stuff.

When did you actually get to the WC and start to do RvR and SCs? Most people I know rush there right as they ding level 2 and can use the mount. Maybe that's why you feel it's hard to get emblems/"metals"? Maybe you started too late, at a too high level and are almost out of T1 before you can get the needed currency?

Is the OP from NA time zone? Would make sense then.

i've found emblems quite generous, whilst meds are largely luck
