Perma ban without prior warning seems bit harsh to me.
Dont know this guy nor what exactly happen, but in my country(and yes i live in europe) is not illegal to share links or download copyrighted material like movies at all, only uploading such a stuff. So it kind of scares me that it could happen to anybody not even knowing they did something wrong:(

When you play on this server you're supposed to have read the rules. Every time you log in it tells you how you can read the rules ingame. The very first rule states:

Don't use our game server to break the law

So no, we don't have to issue a warning, because it's a clear violation of the rules that everyone's supposed to abide by.
