Who cares if NB is good or bad? It isn't cheating, and the OP's question has been already answered. I suggest you guys open a thread called "Should NB be allowed?" if you are against it.
Or maybe necro one (i would be surprised if there isn't a thread for NB).

I'm just a secret logitec shill is all
I get how you can use NB to safe space, but it's not like BO/SM have any more skills than any other class how are people going to get by on those?

Re: [Black Orc] Mod for rotation
I used to care, now I don't. using NB or plan B more often than not crutches the player, but sometimes it is a form of training wheels. Be the best player you can be, don't worry about how others play. If a player knows that he is being limited by an add-on he will grow past it, if he doesn't realize this, he doesn't have potential anyway, so it's a moot point. Hopefully the OP is using PlanB as training wheels not as a crutch.Jaycub wrote:I'm just a secret logitec shill is all

Re: [Black Orc] Mod for rotation
Im sorry for put up the omnious NB topic back to live, but that was not my intention.
I asked for help only becasue im running out of "usable" and easy to reach buttons on my keyboard. I dont want Mod to use skills in perfect order (e.g.: auto reapply Armor debuff). BO have so many skills and I just want to squeez 9 skills on 3 buttons without any conditions than lvl of mechanic (i mean changin the skill set on those buttons if im in no plan/gut plan/best plan stance).
Anyway thx for tips, gona look at Plan B first as this mod doesnt have the "cheat like" reputation

Re: [Black Orc] Mod for rotation
Never understood how people can play BO or SM with Plan B or NB.
There is so much situational stuff where you need to use your plan switcher.
With Plan B or NB you are kinda locked in your rotation wich is never a good thing xd.
Its up to you tho to use it!
I just dont advice it

Most people think Nerfedbuttons = one string where you put all your skills. This is not how it should be used.Dalgrimar wrote:Never understood how people can play BO or SM with Plan B or NB.

For example, i use ND on my Chosen and have a string with ONE (yes, 1) skill. It is my punt, and the only conditional i have is that my target must not be immune to punts (immovable) so i don't accidentally waste it.
Now, the OP is asking for 3 strings with 3 skills each. This is not locking him to any rotation in any way. It would be different if he had asked for a single string with all those 9 skills in there.
Re: [Black Orc] Mod for rotation
The problem is: every other stance based class, even the WH/WE, has builtin switching bars for their disabled abilities. Every other stance based class has also more use from their class mechanic, instead of mostly disadvantages.Jaycub wrote:I'm just a secret logitec shill is all

Under the line the BO/SM have about 2/3 of their class abilities not available all the time due to their stance mechanic, while getting little to no reward for it.
Yes, other classes have as many skills as them, but they can freely decide when to use them, e.g. snares or knockdowns.

Re: [Black Orc] Mod for rotation
Black Orc and Sm are not stance-based classes, even though some get confused because of the plans.
If a Mara is in Savagery stance, he won't be able to use Impale because this skill requires Brutality stance. A Black Orc, on the other hand, can always use his No Plan! skills, even if he is in Good/Best plan. That's why their actionbars don't switch.

Damn, i just wrote something, the spam protection deleted it and i forgot to copy&paste...
tl;dr:
It was 7 years ago when i played my SM, but i think it is indeed a two stance mechanic, as abilities available in improved balance are not available in perfect balance and vice versa.
