You say that and its prob true but i HATE HATE HATE the rng system of kisses
i actully prefer the bullets because i like the feeling of control it gives me, i like being able to apply the debuffs on command
i like being in control

What I tend to do with my WH though is open from stealth with a 2CP builder, or if not stealth just build 1, and fire off an execution appropriate to the situation just for the purpose of applying the effect.
Most of the time this tends to be Absolution for initial burst.
im not sure i understand what you're saying. I believe the classes are the perfect example of equal but different and balanced. I have said this many times. I just prefer WE kisses to WH bullets

Kiss relies on RNG but you dont need to blow your frenzies for a proc
Bullets are on demand but executions need to be blown to proc it
You can go an entire fight without proccing kisses with shitty rng or proc it too late for it to matter
where has you have control over bullet procs and can ensure that they proc but you need to keep blowing your resource for that consistency

Kisses have a 25% proc chance, this is a huge proc chance. Usually you are using weapons with fast attack speed, increasing the probability to proc them in a certain time frame.
When it doesn't proc, then you target has to be dead already or you did something wrong, like forgetting to activate the kiss.

Ya but , what i am saying "as someone mentioned before" with witch hunter , you can decide whenever u ll proc your bullets , wich gives u control on the battlefield , instead of randomness , anyway... ☺

Think about it, when do you want your debuffs? Close after starting the fight or on a finisher to kill a target.
