Yeah it was in High Pass at Stoneclaw.
Skiddies will be back when T4 is introduced I'm sure, give slackers any reason to leech and they'll do it.

Skiddie = Script kiddie/kiddy
Someone who uses software (like autoclicker or program that presses a button every 3 second or whatever) to stay ingame while being AFK and leeching renown in RvR lake.
