Id Rather see RR set to 50 before level 39, there is a lot of balance changes that need to be done. At least this gives players something to work for in the mean time and wouldn't be much of a change classes

Don't rush open t4 ,please make why players shuold attack or defend keep

As long as people raid empty keeps we rather need a fixed rvr system than t4 lakes or higher lvl/rr caps.

i will always vote against rr increase until we got fortress city and dungeons working so you may be out of luck there

I'm with you on that one. I don't want to be RR 60, or even 50, when Tier 4 comes out, and be able to jump all the way from Devastator to Conquer/Invader instantly. I want the progression to be natural and slow. It's what keeps me in the game.

I already think RR 40 for Tier 3 is pushing it.

I know my guild mates and I would love to spend time in the Pve dungeons again - especially when the lakes are slow.
