I'm expecting a lot of QQ against SH and WLs with this patch just because of the weird bolster. Dunno why devs decided to bolster to 37. :?

Don't believe we did, it's just a bug. There are bigger bugs to smash first, else this would have been taken care of quickly.

32 is too much for T3. 35 is more like imbalanced.

Nonsense. Game didn't had instant 40 lvl until its last year or more when it was dead. Game had few level scrolls to up 1 lvl and thats it.

I think some overlap would help balance tiers out IMO. Something like this:
T1: 1-13
T2: 11-24
T3: 22-34
T4: 32-40

It allows players to play the more active tier and chase the fight. SCs would need a hard braket though.

They already overlap, much like this.

Lvl 14-26 for t2 is a bit much, don't you think?
So wrong. The transition between lower tiers was fluently on live without huge powergaps, because the tiers overlapped each other and the item sets were right in place to utilize the bolster for maximum effect. You could decide when to progress to the next tier.
Gear progression was perfect apart from some lotd items in t3.
