I think its better to let those players find out the "punishment" on there own terms especially when they try to abuse it,

How long does the debuff last?

When a stack is applied, you must wait 2s for it to decay. Any additional stacks are removed every 1s afterwards.
The first jump is free - it applies a stack, but that stack does not contribute any slow.
The debuff is checked when you land and not when you jump.

Ive been playing tanks, heals, rdps. but now that I'm on a choppa I've realized how bad the bunny hop abuse is. As of last night, there is still a large amount of people abusibg the exploit and some were pro warping with it. What about a % debuff to stats similar to Rez on top of snare?

I dont see problem,
if u jump u get more distance then u should get ( u get it even if u didnt know about exploit and u are not doing that to exploit), then u get slow, if some1 was chasing u and didnt jump then u both got back in position where u would be if there was no bug in first place.
i dont know who to wrote more simple that this.

Let's pray you never get stuck somewhere and are forced to jump.
I hope it's a temporary fix until it is possible to solve the jump-warping.

If your stuck chances are a small snare is the least of your worries

We all know those pebbles and killertrees, which make you stuck for a short time. Same with areas with lots of obstacles, where you have to jump multiple times to get around objects.
I am fine with it while there are more important issues to fix but taking this as a final solution would be horrible.

It has, and it's been implemented. You bunnyhoppers just need to re-wire your brain to stop your left thumb spamming the space bar.
I really dont know what i should answer now. maybe you should think before writing.
I said that it cant stay like this because sometimes(often in some places) you have to jump a few times in a row and get snared for doing so.
Then you say that they already changed this and we need to "re-wire" our brains.
There was no such change, thanks for this useless reply.
