i think you get an increasing slow debuff if you spam jump during combat

Depleting is what exactly? Not explained in the original revised Devastator topic.

Depleting: On Hit - 10% chance to remove (not steal) 50 AP from your target.

It should also be mentioned that the kill quest amounts in the patch notes are no longer accurate, since those changes got pushed early. The rewards were increased to their current values after feedback from the community.

according to what ive heard between 50% crit tactic and mutated agressor people have seen 1.6k crits
